LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Little Rock police said they arrested a second man in connection with a deadly shooting that left one person dead and another injured in the Breckenridge area on July 19.
Investigators say 21-year-old Kurterrious Williams is the second suspect taken into custody.
Little Rock police said 39-year-old Robert Fluker is also facing charges in connection with the shooting.

Officers were called to the Eagle Suites hotel July 19 and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
One victim, 55-year-old Otis Shavers, later died from his injuries, according to officials.
