CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – The 35th Chihamba African American Cultural Arts Festival begins Saturday, July 25, celebrating culture, legacy, and community.
The day will open at Booker T. Washington Park with a memory walk in honor of Marie Whitten, along with a scholarship in her name, before the festival gets underway.
