JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — A 20-year-old Surf City man is facing a felony charge after officials say he assaulted a nurse at Onslow Memorial Hospital while she was performing her duties.
According to arrest warrants and Jacksonville Police Department offense reports, Monroe Bruce Allen, 20, of Surf City, was arrested on July 23 and charged with assault inflicting physical injury on emergency personnel.
