PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Traffic delays are expected on westbound I-84 near the Lloyd Center intersection due to a crash early Monday morning.
According to the Oregon Department of Transportation, the crash happened in the westbound left lane sometime around 6:30 a.m.
