RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The Department of Public Utilities said they are aware of discolored water in Richmond.
DPU told us it is likely due to the 36-inch water main being turned back on. The water main broke on July 3.
Right now, DPU does not believe it is a water quality issue…
