Cupertino retail hub near Apple HQ is bought for $100 million-plus

CUPERTINO — Main Street Cupertino, near Apple’s headquarters complex, was bought for $130 million, documents filed on July 27 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office show.

The purchase price was 3.9% higher than the site’s assessed value as of January.

The buyer of the dining and retail complex is linked to an affiliate of Roxborough Group, a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm, according to county and state public documents…
