OREGON, Ohio (WTVG) – Salad Galley has been serving fresh soups, sandwiches and salads in northwest Ohio for more than 40 years. This summer, the restaurant is facing a combination of challenges that has cut business by nearly half.
The construction along Navarre Avenue is part of the City of Oregon’s Safety Improvement Project, a $6 million effort that began in the spring. Lane closures and equipment have left some drivers detouring away from the restaurant — and wondering whether it’s even open.
