A 27-year-old North Dakota man was seriously injured in a crash Monday evening in Clay County, according to law enforcement.
Just before 7 p.m., the North Dakota resident was driving a Volkswagen west on Missouri Route 92, south of Smithville Lake in Clay County, according to a Missouri Highway Patrol crash report.
