Nearly half of Memphis landlords offer rent “concessions,” data finds

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Rents might be rising, but the market is still competitive in Memphis. According to new data from Zillow, nearly half of local landlords are willing to sweeten the deal to get you to sign a new lease.

“I’m trying to save money wherever I can,” said Nick Pawlowski, a renter in the Medical District.
