PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 29-year-old cyclist was struck and killed by an 18-year-old driver on Saturday night in Woodburn, police said.
The crash occurred around 9:30 p.m. on the Interstate 5 overpass on Newberg Highway.
