BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Conservationists have secured protections for more than 50 acres of land along the Buffalo River, keeping select sites away from development.
The first site is known as the City Ship Canal, across from the outer harbor. The second site is known as the Concrete Central Peninsula, located near Red Jacket Riverfront Park in the Old First Ward.
