Sampson County Public Transportation is expanding its options for residents and students with the launch of two new fare-free services designed to improve access to education, healthcare, employment, and government services.
The new services, the SCC Campus Connector and the Sampson Connector, reflect the county’s ongoing commitment to connecting communities and removing transportation barriers for residents, Sampson officials have said.
The SCC Campus Connector provides free transportation for eligible students traveling to and from Sampson Community College. The service is designed to help students reach educational and workforce development opportunities without the burden of transportation costs.
