City council on Monday approved a special-use permit for a used car dealership on Elkton Road.
Boom Down Towing, located at 1164 Elkton Road, is expanding its business to include vehicle sales. Under the conditions of the special-use permit, the business is limited to eight or fewer vehicles, and the vehicles can be stored there no longer than 30 days.
