Residents in St. Charles, Illinois, are raising concerns after a post in a community Facebook group described a group of boys allegedly targeting younger children with rocks and name-calling.
The post, shared in a local neighborhood group, claims the incidents have happened more than once and involved three boys believed to be of middle school age.
Community Members Call for Accountability
According to the original post, the boys were seen riding bikes in the area before the alleged incidents took place.
