Aruza Pest Control, which provides services throughout Florida, Texas, North and South Carolina, acquired Charleston-based Core Pest Solutions.
Existing customers of Core Pest Solutions will be transitioned into the Aruza Pest Control system, according to a news release. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
