The City of Fayetteville has revamped its Utility Connection Assistance Program. Now it pays the complete $5,000 assessment when homeowners hook up to sewer lines. The city rolled out these changes on Monday, July 27, according to a statement from the city.
The program will also chip in up to $1,000 for private hookup costs if you hire a licensed plumber. More families can now get help—those making up to 120% of what’s typical in the area qualify.
