City of Rosenberg considering layoffs, tax increases to cut $2.3 million deficit

ROSENBERG, Texas (CW39) — City leaders in Rosenberg said they’re considering service cuts, layoffs and even tax increases to deal with a budget shortfall.

Financial leaders with the city said Rosenberg is facing a $2.3 million deficit.
