BROUSSARD, La. (NEWS 15) — A new charter school planned for Broussard has moved closer to reality after Charter Schools USA purchased land at the corner of Saint Nazaire and La Flamme roads.
The school, to be called Broussard Charter Academy, will serve students in kindergarten through eighth grade and will be the third school operated by Charter Schools USA in Lafayette Parish. Construction is expected to begin in the near future.
