The owners of Milly’s Wine Bar & Bistro are dreaming up a new restaurant in Northeast Minneapolis.
Brandon Witzel, Jill Mortensen and Kay Phillips initially planned to purchase a building somewhere a bit further from downtown for a second Milly’s location, like in Wayzata, Edina, or St. Paul.
