Minnesota’s largest newspaper has inked a deal with a data center developer to sell the site of its former printing press in the North Loop.
The news outlet reported Wednesday a deal had been reached between the Minnesota Star Tribune and Legacy Investing, the same firm behind the development of the Sleep Number Building in downtown Minneapolis into a data center for AI and cloud computing.
