Debate over property’s future reveals differences in priorities among HRA members

During a circuitous, two-hour discussion of the results of a recent survey about best uses for the Hull Redevelopment Authority property and next steps, members expressed their differing views – often more than once – about their priorities.

There was also some discussion about issuing a request for proposals for the parcel rather than developing a new Urban Renewal Plan after Chair Bartley Kelly noted that a URP is not a requirement.
