Delaware State Police have arrested a Newark man in connection to a drug distribution investigation in the Townsend area.
31-year old Wilkin Dejesus-Perez was under surveillance for more than a month for allegedly dealing drugs out of his car, and was arrested on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
