NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The family of Robert Rose, a 35-year-old Army veteran shot and killed by North Charleston Police, has filed a lawsuit against the department.
Stanley Rose, Robert’s father, spoke exclusively about the loss of his son and his belief that officers on the scene failed to properly handle the situation.
“It wrecked me. I had to go to psychiatrists, because I couldn’t sleep. Crying all the time. Sometimes I get so depressed. I can’t even go to work. I just have a hard time. I still have a hard time,” Stanley Rose said…
