SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – A 25-year-old man was arrested after people reported seeing a man smashing car windows with a bat in a Salem WinCo parking lot on Friday morning, according to police.
At about 9:30 a.m., multiple callers told 911 that there was a man damaging cars in the WinCo Foods parking lot at 1240 Lancaster Drive SE. Witnesses said the man then ran away into a neighborhood and jumped a fence at an address on Arabian Avenue Southeast.
Officers with the Salem Police Department ultimately arrested the suspect, identified as Zachary Graham of Salem, on Raffon Court Southeast.
Graham was lodged at Marion County Jail and faces multiple charges of first-degree criminal mischief…
