AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. — Police in Airway Heights shot and killed a man Friday.
Brad Richmond, the Airway Heights PD Chief, told reporters that officers responded to reports of a suspicious male in an unoccupied house for sale in the 1100 block of Lundstrom St. Police say an officer and Spokane County Sheriff’s deputy tried to negotiate and get the man to come out but he wouldn’t.
When officers entered the residence, they attempted to use a Taser on the man, but it was ineffective…
