A familiar Eugene breakfast spot is now serving homemade hollandaise in Junction City. Right off Highway 99, Glenwood is opening a new location in the old Viking Inn. With nods to both Glenwood and Junction City’s Scandinavian roots, the new location Glenwood North opened Saturday, Aug. 1.
Jacqui Willey has owned the restaurant for almost 50 years, and although Glenwood North is a different company on paper, her son and daughter-in-law, Edson and Kari Clements, hope to establish a similar, family- focused restaurant in an entirely different location.
“We are so thankful for everything she’s done before us,” Edson said. “This is a place where you can talk to your server and connect with people.”…
