FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCBD) – A waterspout that developed offshore at Folly Beach was deemed a tornado after moving onshore.
Forecasters with the National Weather Service said the waterspout formed Saturday just north of the Folly Beach Pier around 2:23 p.m.
