VINTON, Va. (WFXR) – A weekend that began with one goal ended with a national championship for the Phoenix Wood 16U softball team.
The Vinton-based travel team returned home from the USA Softball One True Championship National Tournament in Tennessee with the national title and the No. 1 ranking after a dominant performance throughout the tournament.
