Days after a state law granted her that power, Mayor Helena Moreno took steps to replace four members on the Sewerage & Water Board as part of City Hall’s effort to assert more control of the embattled utility.
Under a proposal the City Council will consider at a future meeting, four board members — Tyler Antrup, H. Davis Cole, Courtney Scrubbs and Joseph Peychaud — will be dismissed, according to the Moreno administration. Those members and others were appointed by former Mayor LaToya Cantrell.
