The inaugural Carolina EGGfest will turn the outfield at HomeTrust Bank Park into a barbecue festival on Saturday, September 19. General taster admission begins at 11 a.m., and the event is scheduled to continue until 3 p.m.
The festival will bring professional pitmasters and backyard grill enthusiasts together to cook on Big Green Egg grills. Attendees with taster tickets may sample food from the participating teams while supplies last and watch live cooking around the ballpark.
