Dust advisory issued as high winds make way into Valley

An outflow boundary brought high winds to the Valley on Monday night, causing weather officials to issue a dust advisory.

The boundary was making its way northwest into the Phoenix metro around 9 p.m., according to the National Weather Service for Phoenix.
