BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Pinellas Park man is in the Bay County jail after allegedly trying to receive explicit material from who he believed was a 15-year-old boy.
On July 9, a Bay County Sheriff’s Deputy was undercover on the social media platform Kik, posing as a 15-year-old boy, when he was contacted by 44-year-old Clinton Wilcutt.
