LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Fayette County Board of Education Chair Tyler Murphy’s name will remain on the November ballot, according to the Fayette County clerk.
Fayette County Clerk Susan Lamb said in a statement that her office has not been ordered by a circuit judge to remove Murphy’s name.
