MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (August 4, 2026) – With a new school year on the horizon, the Myrtle Beach Pelicans have teamed up with Circle K, WFXB and Gator 107.9 for their annual school supply drive. The drive will run August 6 through 23 with drop off locations at the 41 participating Circle K stores across the Grand Strand, as well as the Pelicans Front Office and Box Office. Fans who donate school supplies from the approved list will receive a voucher for Buy One, Get One FREE tickets to a Pelicans home game August 11 to 23. Vouchers can be exchanged at the Pelicans Box Office and are valid for a seat in the Black’s Tire High Tide Grandstand Bleachers, subject to availability. All supplies donated will benefit Backpack Buddies and Horry County Schools.
“This year we’re taking the school supply drive to new heights with our Circle K partnership and the ticket offer for those who donate,” said Pelicans General Manager Kristin Call. “We are excited to work with Circle K, WFXB, and the Gator in an effort to provide kids in our community with the necessary tools for them to succeed this school year.”
