WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The annual Port City Jerry Day will return to Wilmington on September 12, bringing live music to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater while raising money for the United Way of the Cape Fear Area.
The benefit concert will feature local bands along with headliner Splintered Sunlight, a Grateful Dead tribute band. Gates will open at 5 p.m., with music beginning at 6 p.m.
Organizers say 100% of ticket proceeds will go to the United Way of the Cape Fear Area and its network of more than 40 nonprofit partners. The organization supports programs focused on health, education and financial stability across the Cape Fear region…
