Slider trio from BRQ
For a Friday lunch, my coworker and I chose BRQ after we both hadn’t frequented the restaurant in a while. One of my favorite things about BRQ is the house-made bread and butter pickles and chips that arrive when you sit down.
Other than that, I chose the slider trio, which comes with three mini pretzel buns stuffed with pulled pork, pulled chicken and chopped brisket and a barbecue side. I chose a farm side, the crispy Brussels sprouts, instead.
