Abandoned French Bulldog Finds Safe Haven Thanks to Tamarac Firefighters, Local Rescue

A French bulldog abandoned at a Tamarac fire station has been given a second chance after firefighters teamed up with a South Florida nonprofit to rescue him the same day.

According to Tamarac Mayor Michelle J. Gomez, the dog was dropped off Tuesday, Aug. 5, at Tamarac Fire Rescue Station 36 by a couple who said they were moving into a hotel and could no longer keep him.
