CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A woman from Charleston was arrested Wednesday and faces charges related to animal cruelty after law enforcement found numerous skeletal remains of cats trapped in a vacant home, according to local police.
On July 24, the Charleston Police Department Animal Control responded to a residence on Pruned Place after neighbors reported several cats appearing trapped inside an abandoned home, police said.
