Late Dinner Depends Heavily on Where You Live
In North Fulton, 9 p.m. is late but not impossible. It is simply the hour when choices begin narrowing quickly.
In downtown Alpharetta, UP on the Roof keeps its kitchen open until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with the rooftop bar continuing later. Lazy Dog, near North Point, serves until 10 p.m. early in the week and 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
Johns Creek offers fewer dependable late kitchens. Marlow’s Tavern remains open until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, while The Kickin’ Crab stays open until 10 p.m. most nights and 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Those hours are useful for a delayed dinner, but they do not create a true late-night dining culture…
