A home at one of The Villages’ most popular town squares has been sold for $1.15 million, nearly doubling its sales price from a decade ago.
Donald S. and Lynn M. Blakeman sold the property at 986 Cottage Drive to Donald and Katharine Borghoff for $1,350,000 on June 30, according to a warranty deed filed with the Sumter County Clerk of Courts.
The property is situated on a 0.147-acre lot within the Lakeshore Cottages at Lake Sumter Landing and is part of Village Community Development District 6.
