WAIANAE, Hawaii (Island News) – An investigation is underway following an apparent arson incident that occurred Tuesday afternoon.
According to highlights of the Honolulu Police Department (HPD), an unknown suspect threw a flare inside an unoccupied parked vehicle in Waianae at about 12:54 p.m.
As a result of the flare, a nearby residence was reportedly damaged, according to HPD. The extent of the damages have not been released at this time…
