SYRACUSE, N.Y. — One day after a mother and her supporters rallied for justice after her 17-year-old son was stabbed to death, the Onondaga County District Attorney says he will present the case to a grand jury.
“We haven’t put it in the grand jury yet. We are we going to put that case in the grand jury,” said Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick.
