Toxicology reports show the Lyndhurst woman who died at the Lorain County Jail overdosed on a mixture of drugs.
Melissa Boylan, 30, was found to have Fentanyl, Xylazine, Fluorofentanyl and Medetomidine in her system at the time of her death, Lorain County Coroner Frank Miller said.
