A new Buford market is bringing ingredients from several continents together under one roof—and marking its arrival with an all-day celebration Saturday.
Bazaar International Market & Café will hold its grand opening August 8 at 1640 Buford Highway NE, near the Mall of Georgia. Festivities begin at 10 a.m., followed by an official ribbon cutting with the Buford Business Alliance at 2 p.m.
The family-owned market occupies approximately 8,000 square feet and carries foods associated with Indian, Nepalese, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Middle Eastern, Hispanic, African, European and other Asian cuisines. Shoppers will find fresh produce, halal meat, frozen foods, spices, sweets, snacks and specialty ingredients that can otherwise require stops at several smaller markets…
