Onondaga, NY — Upstate Community General is gearing up for a $63 million parking project to raze and replace a crumbling structure that has been closed for the past year.
The Onondaga Hill hospital’s attached parking garage was shut down in July 2025 after an internal engineering review found safety concerns, described as “deteriorating structural conditions.”
