AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — An Amarillo man accused of distributing about 28 pounds of methamphetamine over several months has pleaded not guilty to federal drug and firearm charges.
Mason Allan McCarty, 51, entered the plea on July 30, after waiving his appearance at arraignment, according to federal court records. He pleaded not guilty to all three counts against him.
