SF real estate investor wanted in pandemic relief scam for over 6 months finally in custody

San Francisco real estate developer “Lucky Luke” Brugnara had to be escorted from a contentious federal court hearing this week and into custody. Prosecutors say he was a fugitive, wanted for six months before a dramatic arrest in the Sunset District.
