GRANITE CITY, Ill. (First Alert 4) – Granite City police arrested a man wielding an axe Thursday after witnesses said he walked around a neighborhood in a threatening manner and eventually used the axe to strike a police car.
One resident, Donny Ezell, walked outside to find a shirtless man with the axe.
