SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — The Cathedral of the Madeleine hosted a rosary for the family of Dale Schultz, the Utah man who was killed in the Twin Falls shooting last week.
Schultz was a beloved alumni parent within the Madeleine Choir School family, so to honor him, and to pray for his wife Reinette who was injured in the shooting and is recovering from her injuries in the hospital, the cathedral held a rosary on Thursday.
Dale and Reinette’s children released a statement at the event saying that Dale “lived a life defined by kindness, integrity, creativity, and generosity.”
They also spoke of his innate ability to make people feel seen and valued as well as his legacy of love, service, and compassion.
