The Folsom Police Department will hold a sobriety and driver’s license checkpoint Friday evening at an undisclosed location within the city, the agency said in a social media post.
“Our goal is simple: keep our roads safe by deterring impaired driving,” the release said. “If your plans include alcohol or cannabis, make a plan before you go. Designate a sober driver, use a rideshare or taxi, or arrange a safe ride home.”
